MAKHIJA GROUP have constructed 'MAKHIJA ARCADE' a six storied shopping mall off Linking road adjacent to linkway hotel. The cost of total project was 22 CR.

MAKHIJA GROUP have constructed 'MAKHIJA ROYALE' a Commercial building having 2 basement , 11 floors in the name of their sister concern Sanjay Builders Pvt. Ltd. The cost of total project is 35 CR.

MAKHIJA GROUP has acquired 47 acres of land at Dhotre Village KARJAT with their associates for Row Houses / Villas ,Studio apartment. The project will start from 1st April 2013 and the name as "MONTE VITA." The first phase will be 450000 sq.ft. the cost of the first phase will be approx 50 CR.
